Summary
As a Project Coordinator within Canopy USA’s marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the management of projects for multiple brands across the globe. You will help identify all tasks that need to be completed within a project, prioritize and strategically delegate those tasks to appropriate team members, closely monitor the project, and supply additional support where needed to ensure the project is completed on time and within scope. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Director of Project Management, the marketing team, and cross-functional departments on projects for multiple brands and multiple markets, as well as provide project management support on larger marketing campaigns and product launches. Additional responsibilities include administrative support, organizational tasks, logistics coordination, and communication facilitation. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for professional growth and learning within both the cannabis industry and the marketing domain. This is a remote position. Office environment that requires extended time sitting, walking, and standing. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Management Team with planning, managing, and monitoring marketing projects from beginning to end for multiple brands.
- Collaborate with the Director of Project Management, the marketing team, and cross-functional departments to keep projects on track to meet deadlines.
- Provide project management support for larger marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Assist in processing marketing requests, assigning tasks and responsibilities to project team members, monitoring their progress, and providing support as needed.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss assignment parameters.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the established quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, team members, and the Director of Project Management.
- Work enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively with other team members and departments.
- Work on tasks in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
- This position has no direct reports or supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, and an efficient time manager.
- Possesses clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively.
- Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can work both independently and proactively.
- Strong computer skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of project management software or tools like Monday.com and Asana, preferred but not required.
- Annual compensation commensurate with experience from $50,000 - $65,000

- This position regularly works normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Please confirm with the supervisor regarding the expected working schedule.
